Our remote team of volunteers collaborates from their homes all over the world. Our inner structure follows the same round-table principle as the fund itself: each member is equal in the decision-making process, and decisions are made with the consent of the group.
The Team
The work is organised in three directions:
Communication
Newsletters, articles, contact with supported projects, website texts.
Fundraising
Proposals, contact with foundations and businesses, partnerships, financial matters with the bank.
Marketing
Website, visual identity, branding, videos, posters, social media.
The group meets weekly to discuss practical questions, coordinate tasks, and carry the idea forward together.
Role / Communication and support to the projects. Supporting communication and accompanying funded projects by staying connected with their development, identifying needs, and helping strengthen the link between projects, learning, and the wider community.
A short bio / Laura works at the intersection of strategy, entrepreneurship and human development through her consulting studio. With a background in facilitation, Waldorf education and studies at the Goetheanum, she is particularly interested in how collaboration, social threefolding and social innovation can help meaningful initiatives flourish.
Why are you part of the Round Table? I believe that meaningful initiatives flourish when they are supported not only financially, but also through relationships, shared learning and collaboration. Being part of the Round Table is an opportunity to help create those conditions while learning from projects that are contributing to social renewal around the world.
Laura Bonora, Argentina
Role / Berenika’s role with RoundTable is supporting communications with the initiatives that receive funds, as well as content development and editing for the website, newsletters, and other platforms.
A short bio / Berenika is an actor, puppeteer, and poet about to attend NYU Tisch for acting. She has been an organizer with the Youth Section in North America for three years and taught behaviorally challenged middle school children.
Why are you part of the Round Table? I am inspired by and want to help facilitate projects happening globally that are working with the ideals of anthroposophy towards real, practical change in the world. I am interested in renewing how money is given and received to sustain the life of such initiatives.

Gabriele Nys, Belgium/Switzerland
Role / Emily supports design, website, and marketing efforts.
A short bio / Em is a multimedia storyteller and event organizer living in upstate New York. She studied at the Goetheanum and Emerson College in the International School of Storytelling. She is currently building Folk School programming at a raw milk dairy farm.
Why are you part of the Round Table? I was present at the first co-workers gathering when the idea of the fund was born. Since then, I’ve been an organizer of various co-workers gatherings and followed the process as it has come into the more formal context we’ve built today. I am dedicated to this idea-being that has been born into reality, and so grateful that we’re able to make lasting impact with projects around the world by facilitating this unique form of funding and financing through shared community engagement.
Emily Watson, United States
Role / Pietro is responsible for the website design and development, handles video editing, and supports the drafting of project proposals, while also helping strengthen relations with funds.
A short bio / Pietro is a student who will begin his studies in Economics and Management this fall at the University of Bologna, and a flautist. He co-organised the International Students Conference 2026 at the Goetheanum and is the founder of the WaldorfMinds project, focused on connecting people within the Waldorf community.

Pietro Gioioso, Italy
Role / Within the Round Table team, Nikolozi leads fundraising and project development, builds relationships with foundations and partners, and facilitates the organizational development of the Round Table project.
A short bio / Nikolozi is the co-founder of Youth Society Parzival in Georgia, an academy dedicated to the education and development of young people. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's degree in Organizational Development and Consulting. His work focuses on fundraising, project development, and strengthening mission-driven organizations and initiatives.
Why are you part of the Round Table? I enjoy being part of this emerging social initiative and collaborating with the Youth Section and partners around the world to explore new ways of working with trust, money, and shared responsibility.
