To comply with legal obligations
To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Fund, our users, or others
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): when you voluntarily submit information through our contact form.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): for the technical operation and security of the Site.
Under the Swiss FADP, we process personal data in good faith, proportionately, and only for the purposes for which it was collected or as legally required.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@roundtablefund.org.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. "Do Not Track" Signals
